Tom works on residential and commercial property. He helps people buy, sell and remortgage their homes, and advises businesses taking on, renewing or leaving premises.
On the commercial side, he reviews and negotiates leases, explains the practical effect of the terms, and helps landlords and tenants with renewals and the questions that come up during a tenancy.

Working with Tom
