Clare leads our family work. She helps people through separation and divorce, agreeing finances after a relationship ends, and making arrangements for children that work in everyday life.
Much of her time is spent helping people reach sensible agreements without going to court, through negotiation or mediation where that is suitable. Where proceedings are needed, she explains each step clearly so clients know what to expect.

Working with Clare

She aims to keep matters as calm and proportionate as she can, and she is straightforward about what is realistic depending on your circumstances.
Outside work, Clare can usually be found walking the coast path between Cullercoats and Tynemouth.
